Front Door View
The building is called “Artline”. It could be located quickly by seeing the name and number of the building at the entrance.
In case you use a Taxi or need a location reference, the building is just two blocks away from the Chipoco Stadium.
The closest main avenue is El Sol.
As a recommendation, we suggest you use Taxi services by application. Preferably UBER or Cabify. Both, you can find them in the application stores of your mobile system. Whether Android or iOS

Smart-Lock Login
With the aim of increasing security but also the practicality of use, the entrance to the apartment has a Smart Lock located on the front door that opens. with an access code given by the hosts.
The code is usually the last 4 digits of the guest's cell phone number, ID or passport. In case you require a specific combination please let us know.

Touch the front panel of the lock to activate. You will be able to notice it since the entire panel will light up, revealing the different numbers.

Enter the assigned code by marking the respective numerical combination on the panel. Once the code has been entered, press the button with the icon of a Check inside a House. It's in the bottom right of the panel

Finally, you will hear a sound notification from the lock announcing that the door is now open

Usage steps for CLOSE

Step 1: Wake Up
Once outside, make sure the door is completely closed.
Touch the front panel of the lock to activate. You will be able to notice it since the entire panel will light up, revealing the different numbers.

Step 2: Close
With the help of the latch, just press a few seconds the Padlock icon that you can see in the lower left part of the panel. When doing so, you will be able to hear a sound notification confirming the closed.

This process will take only a few seconds.
If you have any kind of difficulty, do not be shy to contact directly to the Host's phone number on a quick Whatsapp Message that was provided to you through the internal Airbnb chat. You can also find it at the beginning of this Guide.
Remember that the door will notify you through a voice message (in English) if the door could not be closed properly, for which you will have to repeat the process.
Coffee
Coffee Machine
The coffee maker at your disposal is an automatic drip coffee maker and does not require the use of paper filters. The coffee should be placed in the plastic basket that you will find when you open the top lid of the coffee maker. Afterward, water should be poured into the reservoir located at the back of it.
We recommend using two full tablespoons of coffee for each cup of water.

Identify the coffee maker; it has two parts:
The machine itself.
The glass carafe.

Step 2
Open the top lid of the coffee maker; you will be able to see the section where the basket goes and the water tank at the back.
Carefully pour the water into the tank (built-in container), using the gauge located next to the coffee machine as your guide.

Step 3
Remove the coffee basket; it has a small handle to make it easy. Place the ground coffee inside it.
TIP: We recommend adding 2 tablespoons of coffee for each cup of water to achieve a great taste.

Step 4
Once everything is in place, you can press the button located beneath the glass carafe on the front. Just activate it, and the coffee maker will start the process until it automatically stops when the coffee is ready.

The kitchen uses a natural gas stove. It is not necessary to use matches to light the burners since there is a button that generates a wick in each burner (electric ignition).

Step 1
Identify the 4 burners on the stove. The size of each one reflects its respective power level. You’ll also notice that each knob has a graphic indicating the position of the corresponding burner.

Step 2
Turn the knobs counterclockwise to release the gas. Each knob has a graphic showing its corresponding burner. After opening the gas, press the knob to ignite the flame—you'll hear a small spark.

Remember that for your safety, and in case you are staying with children, they should stay away from the kitchen's most risky devices, such as Blender Toast, the coffee machine, etc.
When you finish cooking, make sure to check that the knob is closed with the notch facing up.
Our kitchen works with a continuous Gas system, so if you detect a leak, let us know as soon as possible. It can only be solved by specialized personnel.

Laundry Room
Washer/Dryer
The building features an exclusive laundry area equipped with all the conveniences for you to carry out your laundry and drying process.
It's important to mention that the laundry machines only accept liquid detergent. Under no circumstances should powdered detergent be used.
Please remember that the Laundry Room, as well as its equipment, is part of a shared space and should be treated and used with care to maintain their proper functioning. We kindly ask you to follow the instructions we provide, as well as those posted within the area.

The building has a common laundry area located in basement 1.
The washing and drying has a cost service and it is possible to operate through a mobile application. Please note that the washing machine uses liquid detergent.
The operating hours are from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm.

Bathrooms
Showers and 24/7 Hot Water
We have a large-capacity electric water heater to provide hot water at all times, which automatically turns on when you open the hot water tap, although the water might take a few seconds to heat up. At the same time, we would appreciate it if you could use water responsibly.
Recommendations
Dispose of waste items (toilet paper, sanitary napkins, tampons, cotton balls, etc.) in the trash containers and not in the toilet. As a precaution, make sure to securely close the faucets to prevent any leaks.

Use of Security Cameras
Part of our role as hosts is to provide you with maximum security during your stay with us. That's why we have installed one security camera outside the entrance door of the apartment. It is clearly visible and is perfectly indicated in our Airbnb listing.
In this section, we address all your possible questions regarding this:

The camera is integrated into the smart lock and has a full field of view in front of the main door.

The primary reason is for security, and this works in both directions. We frequently host guests of all kinds from different parts of the world, including couples, families with children, solo travelers, groups of friends, and even senior citizens. Therefore, in case of an emergency, the camera provides us with the ability to quickly check on any person not part of the reservation who may be loitering around the apartment or attempting to enter.
This way, if necessary, we can respond directly or call the appropriate emergency authorities with accurate information, if the situation warrants it.

The camera is integrated into our smart lock and features high-definition resolution, night vision, and motion detection. It allows us to monitor potential intruders, unauthorized individuals, or suspicious activity, as well as provide remote assistance to our guests if needed.

The apartment includes a parking space on Level 4 of the building's Basement (No. 93) for one vehicle.
You can confirm your parking space through the welcome form we’ll send after your reservation. Once confirmed, we’ll ask for details such as your vehicle’s make and license plate number, as required by the building administration.

Public Parking
There are also free public spaces around the building, specially on El Sol Street and behind the Chipoco Stadium.
You can confirm your parking space through the welcome form we’ll send after your reservation. Once confirmed, we’ll ask for details such as your vehicle’s make and license plate number, as required by the building.
The use of the parking area is solely for the vehicle of the reservation holder. If you need to allow entry for a family member or friend with a vehicle, please inform us in advance, for which we reserve the right to accept or decline. This is a security measure.
Any damage caused by the guest's vehicle to the building's infrastructure will be reported to AIRBNB and treated as a serious offense. After assessing the damage, the cost of repairs must be fully reimbursed by the guest.
Despite the parking area being within the building, we do not provide direct security for the vehicle. For this reason, we kindly request that you ensure your vehicle is properly locked, as we do not accept responsibility for any theft or direct or indirect damage to the vehicle.
Garbage Disposal
Instructions for Garbage Disposal
The trash containers are located in the Storage Room, situated in the basement 1, right next to the Bike’s Parking Lot.
We kindly ask that, for the sake of order, hygiene, and consideration for the cleaning staff, you ensure that all trash is in completely sealed black bags without any spills.
You can find trash bags for the bathroom and kitchen bins under the kitchen sink.

Cleaning Staff
We handle all the heavy cleaning for you, but we kindly ask for your help in being considerate of our amazing team. Please avoid leaving perishable items exposed or piles of trash around. Let’s work together to dignify and respect their valuable efforts!
Only until 7 pm, this is the time frame during which you can take down the garbage bags. Please remember that going beyond this time could disturb the comfort of other tenants and property owners.
The building encourages recycling, so the trash containers are clearly labeled with the type of waste you can dispose of inside. Please respect these instructions.
